Save this easy recipe for Onigiri. It’s basically a handheld rice sandwich that I filled with tuna. Ingredients- one 12oz can of tuna, 1/4 cup of kewpie Mayo, 1 1/2 cups short grain rice, 1 1/2 tbsps of rice wine vinegar, 1/4 cup fruikake, 2 large sheets of roasted seaweed. Instructions- rinse rice 3 times in cold water and add equal parts water to rice to rice cooker. Once cooked add rice to bowl and mix in rice wine vinegar and half of the fruikake.
