How to actually build a 3D back 1️⃣ Full range of motion while muscle is contracted (lats) Don’t cheat the rep. On rows I twist at the end of every rep (pulling with the lats) for full contraction. Make sure not to over rotate the torso which shifts tension away from the back That detail alone changed everything. 2️⃣ Hit back twice a week This was a game changer for me.
